The production of the SU-85M SPG was started in September 1944. The self-propelled part was made on the basis of T-34-85 tank and SU-85 SPG. The thickness of front armor was equal to 75mm. The ammunition supply consists of 48 rounds. The crew was 4 members, a commander, a gun-layer, a loader and a driver. In total 315 machines of this type were built. |
