The T-34 construction was redesigned on this plant in summer 1941. These changes were directed for adaptability to war condition production and increase of tank production. For example, new road wheel without rubber tyres and a new strengthened caterpillar links were introduced in T-34 design. The loader's periscope device was added to the armored turret roof.
